Upon Arrival: All Dogs & Cats lodging with us must have proof from your veterinarian that your pet is up-to-date on all required vaccinations. NO EXCEPTIONS! Vaccination records can be brought in with you or Veterinarian can fax them to us in advance at 866.902.1250. If proof of vaccinations are not available, your Pet will NOT be allowed to say with us. •There will be a $2 charge if we call your veterinarian for your vaccination dates. Vaccination Requirements: Dogs: •Rabies •distemper and •bordatella (Kennel Cough) Cats: •Rabies •distemper No exceptions, unless a note from veterinarian is provided declining vaccinations due to health risks for your pet. |
What to bring with you Food: it's not a good idea to switch you pets diet completely. changing their diet can cause an upset stomach and give them diarrhea. We recommend bringing their own food. Please do not bring their food dishes along. they are provided. If you choose not bring your own food, we we use IAMS® adult dog & cat food and can provide your pet with 2 nutritious meals per day for additional $2 per day. Lodging List: Please bring along an itemized list of all items that will be accompanying your pet while staying with us. Medication: Please send with if needed while your pet is staying with us (no additional charge). Collar: All dogs must wear a collar during their stay.

Bedding:
Bedding is provided in the "Evergreen Suites" ONLY. If you want something
for your pet to lie on while with us, please limit your bedding to small
washable rugs and blankets. *We will not wash large comforters and beds if
they become soiled. Toys and Treats: Your pets personal belongings are always welcome. Please limit toys to a maximum of three. *Reminder to our dog people: Please send along something for your pet to keep busy with when spending time in their room. Rawhide chews, bones, etc.

Arrival: Arrival day is invoiced as a full day. your pet may arrive anytime during our business hours on their scheduled arrival day. Departure: Pets checked out by NOON on their departure day will not be charged for that day. after noon you are invoiced for a full day. Pre-paid Stays: Invoiced for a full day on the departure day. |
•All cancellations must give at least 24 hours notice to avoid a minimum charge of 1 day. •Holiday & Fest Reservations require a minimum 3 day stay and a 72 hour notice for cancellations. You will be invoiced for your entire reservation. •Sundays and holidays are invoiced as FULL days. |
•If you choose to pay by credit card, please have card present to avoid the $1 hand processing charge. •You are invoiced for ALL DAYS RESERVED. Full Grooming and Bathing available while lodging. Please schedule these services in advance for availability. (Grooming available Mon-Fri only) |
